Dr. Randy Nolf created THRIVE with a purpose to “make people better”. Dr. Nolf is a periodontist with earliest training at Temple University school of Dentistry, Temple University Graduate Periodontology with implant surgical training at the Branemark Clinic in Sweden and later gIDE Institute and Loma Linda University Master Clinician Implants program in California. Dr. Nolf has been a surgical instructor teaching post doctoral residents in Temple Graduate Periodontology program as well as dental students at Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry.
In 1996 he assembled the team that developed and patented the first artificial intelligence for dental disease and founded the PreViser corporation operating in the US and UK. PreViser Corp was purchased by Delta Dental and operates as a disease management subsidiary of Delta Dental.
Dental technology is evolving and Dr. Nolf has been adopting the major innovations in dental implant, dental sleep medicine and laser surgery to bring better outcomes and improved health to patients. THRIVE was founded to ‘make people better’ using these new technologies in ways not possible with conventional dental protocols.

In his personal time Randy is a certified professional ski instructor teaching skiing every winter since 1981. In the summer months he can be found tending his landscaping and riding his mountain on his favorite trails.
